Healthy Dining for OC Kids at True Food Kitchen

I had been hearing a lot of good buzz about True Food Kitchen in Newport Beach since it opened last summer but had yet to check it out until last week. Being an OC mom blogger, one of their representatives contacted me informing me of their new fun-to-eat healthy kid’s menu. This innovative new menu features dishes with sneaky, hidden nutritional elements and is based on the belief of their executive chef that healthy eating applies to ALL ages! I was instantly intrigued.

OC Blogger Ball 2010

So I had a mom’s night out last Friday night, but it was not just any night out…it was a BLOGGING night out at the OC Blogger Ball! It is an annual event (my first time attending – last year I was in loonyville with a newborn) organized by Marcy of The Glamorous Life and Suzanne of Alive in Wonderland at OC Family. Together they have formed BlogCrush {an organization of Orange County Bloggers} and put on this event to bring bloggers together to celebrate all things post-worthy, but most importantly each other!

I have to admit, I really, really looked forward to the ball. After telling my 4 year old daughter I was going to go to a Blogger Ball, you should have seen the look and expression of dismay at my lack of appropriate “ball attire” when I was getting dressed! Free Rockettes Event Tomorrow at Macy’s

Happy Friday Mamas! We made it through the week!
