Last summer, I was 6 months into my new running regimen and was training for my second half marathon in October. For months all I did was run. A lot. And at 35, my body was feeling it. I was definitely not 18 anymore. After my long runs I would get a sore hip, feel little pains and my muscles felt tight. I thought it would help me to try to complement my training with Pilates.
I met Erica or rather @CoreAthletica over Twitter last summer. Gotta love the endless resources and connections I find there! That’s her in the pictures above. Yeah, the one with the to-die-for abs and bod. And, she has two small kids to boot…
