I definitely have to disagree with you about simply to impress. I’ve ordered from them in the past, including this year, but never again. Check out their Facebook page for the loads of disgruntled comments. Orders are not being shipped on time and customer service is an answering machine with no option to leave a message. This includes orders where you pay for expedited shipping. People are receiving orders without envelopes! Totally amateur. Their cards may be pretty, but if you don’t receive them on time, what is the point? Buyer beware!!!
You named Simply to Impress one of the best holiday design services. I feel like it is important to let you know that Simply to Impress has left many of its customers out in the cold this holiday season. They are not shipping out orders as promised and will not answer their phones and delete posts from their FB when people write asking where their cards are. Directing more customers to them is a very bad idea as they cannot handle the orders they have already taken. All they are doing now is taking money and not delivering as promised. Because of this we have no holiday cards this year yet.
I am so sorry to hear that about Simply to Impress :(. My parents ordered their cards through them this year and had a great experience.
I’m having a terrible time with Simply to Impress. Not only are they much later to send than committed on their website, they aren’t even responding. Check their Facebook page, there are 95 comments/complaints.
I love the Rustic Charm design! 😀
Thank you so much for leading me to Minted. Beautiful cards without the clutter in designs on other sites. Classic cards if that is what you are looking for.
Hi Kate!!! YIPPEEEE! I am so happy you love Minted as much as I do! Their cards are SO beautiful, and like you said, really clean and sophisticated. Thanks for taking the time to write this comment, it made my day!
