In Mother Words Giveaway

Yay! Two back to back giveaways!  This one is a quick one, so hurry and enter to win two tickets for you and a friend to see this performance on Saturday and and attend their “Mom’s Day Out” event!   Here’s more about this show…

The Geffen Playhouse is currently running a special performance called “In Mother Words” which tackles the subject of motherhood in an eye-opening, hilarious and irresistible night of theater!

The show makes its West Coast debut with award-winning actors Jane Kaczmarek, Saidah Arrika Ekulona and James Lecesne.

As the program states, “Whether you are a parent, have a parent or ever want to become a parent, this play will elate and terrify equally – much like motherhood itself.”

The Geffen Playhouse is a non-profit that proudly gives back to the community every year.  This event, like all programs at the Geffen Playhouse, will go to benefit their numerous community outreach programs.  So, not only will you be able to enjoy a fun day, but you’ll also be helping to give back to the Southern California community!

This special Mom’s Day Out event will take place on February 19, 2011.  The “In Mother Words” show is at 8pm with a pre-show reception from 4:30 – 7:30 p.m. The reception will have food, drinks and goodies from their sponsors. Fun!

They anticipate a few special guests from the Geffen and the “In Mother Words” cast will be dropping by.

Showtimes will be made available on a first-come, first-served basis.
