Make a Splash with a Slyders Pool Party!

I posted last week about our amazing staycation at the beautiful Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort & Spa and wanted to share more on their fabulous pool party packages.  

The property recently opened an extraordinary $4 million dollar activities pool and water playground, the only one of its kind along the OC coast, called Slyders.  It is, simply put, family paradise!  And, lucky for us OC locals, Slyders is available for pool parties!    Isn’t a pool party a great idea for a birthday party??  

We had a little celebration for my daughter’s 3rd birthday during our stay and everyone had a ball!  I am all about EASY, stress-free birthday parties, and this party was just what the doctor ordered for a 9 months pregnant mama!   They provide the cabana, food, birthday dessert and even pool toys and towels.  All you have to bring is yourselves and some sunscreen.   

Slyders has many features to keep little ones and parents entertained throughout the day – 3 water slides, two fire pits, a pool cafe and bar, a toddler wading pool and oversized Jacuzzi.  The kids will go CRAZY over this pool and everything it has to offer! 

The pool party packages include:

* Private poolside cabana rental available from 10am – 10pm
* 6 bottled waters
* 32″ LCD TV
* Use of pool towels and pool toys
* Reduced valet parking rate of $6/car

During the summer months, the pool parties are available to hotel guests only at the cabana rental rate of $150 (food & beverage charged separately.)   What a good excuse to have your own little staycation overnight if you want a summer pool party!

After Sept. 7th (Labor Day), cabana rental is open to both hotel and non-hotel guests.  Cabana rental rates run $100 for hotel guests and $200 for non-hotel guests (which includes up to 10 day passes for party guests.)  Again, food and beverage charged separately.
