Montage Yoga Classes for Locals

This is one of those finds that had me exclaim, “are you serious??” I didn’t know the Montage Laguna Beach offered something like this for OC locals!  And when I have those moments I get excited because I am able to SHARE these super finds with you!

Every Tuesday and Sunday the Montage Laguna Beach offers oceanfront yoga classes that include {get this —>} ACCESS to the spa facility for only $40.

This means you can enjoy complimentary access to the Spa Montage facilities from 5:00 – 9:00 pm on the day of your class, including the oceanfront pool, Jacuzzi, movement studio, sauna and steam room.

Tuesday’s class is Yoga Flow from 6:30 – 8:00 p.m. and Sunday’s class is Yoga Renewal from 6:30 – 8:00 p.m. Both classes are for levels 1-2.

I have never been to the spa at the Montage in Laguna Beach but a friend recently told me it is quite simply unparalleled.  I think I am due for a visit.

So ladies, close your eyes and picture this…it’s a Sunday afternoon after a busy weekend with the kids.  You pack your spa bag and yoga clothes and leave your husband with the kids for some dedicated “daddy time” as you have  arranged to meet some girlfriends at the Spa at 5pm.  Once you arrive you might want a light bite to eat, or just enjoy time sitting and chatting. Perhaps you might want to spend some time in the Jacquzzi or steam before your class. Then from 6:30 -8pm you enjoy an invigorating yoga class and afterwards a leisurely shower with no one tugging on your leg.  At 9pm you depart home for a good night’s sleep ready to start the week refreshed and “centered.”
