Summer Nightastic!

Aren’t we (and our KIDS!) soooo lucky to live a short drive from Disneyland!? I mean really, people plan whole vacations to come here to visit Disneyland, and it is essentially in our backyard! There are lots of fun events and special So Cal deals this summer to know about! I’ll start with the special deals first…

For Southern California residents, the Summer Fun Pass is a fabulous deal — 3 days for $99 — only $33 a day, between June 1- Aug. 23, and can be used to enter both Disneyland and Disney’s California Adventure! Resident ID is required.  Click here to buy online!   

Free on Your Birthday! Don’t forget that for the year 2009, you can get one day’s free admission to  Disneyland  on your birthday with valid ID! See my previous post on this with the link to register today! 

If you are considering a “staycation” this summer and don’t want to go to the expense to fly or drive some place far, consider the 2 Nights Free deal and enjoy multi-day getaway at Disneyland Resort! Guests who purchase a three-night summer vacation package – three nights of hotel accommodations and three days of theme park admission – will receive two more nights at the hotel and two more days of theme park admission. Now onto the fun goings-ons at Disneyland this summer! 

Starting nightly June 12th – August 23rd, Disneyland will glow like never before as it debuts “Summer Nightastic!“  

The nighttime shows and parades are bigger, better and brighter!   A huge new dragon and other special effects will highlight Fantasmic!   Explosive surprises will light up the night sky in the all-new fireworks spectacular, Magical.  Your family can rock the night away at a new dance club in Tomorrowland.  Sparkling new magic comes to “Disney’s Electrical Parade” (along with new environmentally friendly LED lights – cool!) as well as to Pixie Hollow, the enchanting home Tinker Bell inhabits with her fairy friends.    

Combining one of those deals above with the new Summer Nightastic! sounds like a great way to treat your family to a little Disney magic this summer!
