My girls have taken gymnastics classes at Team OC for years and we love their facility and programs, which is why I am excited to share a Team OC special offer with you today!
I have taken the mommy and me gymnastics classes with both my girls, which I loved when they were little. My youngest now takes a preschool gymnastics class and my oldest daughter is in their Devo Program which prepares girls for the competitive team. She is all about gymnastics, all the time. Gymnastics education can begin at an early age.
Once your child is walking, a parent & me toddler gymnastics class is a great place to start!
Your child can learn skills to improve balance and coordination with you comfortably by his or her side. Your child can enjoy being around other children but with the one-on-one attention they need. At the same time parents can also learn skills they can use in developmental play at home.
As your child matures, brain growth is very rapid and new skills can readily be learned.
During the preschool years children continue to improve their gross motor skills and develop strength and flexibility. In addition, socialization skills begin to develop and children begin to participate independently away from their parents and cooperatively in a group setting learning how to follow directions from instructors.
Our weekly themed preschool lesson plans focus on fundamental movement education and basic motor skills that help children develop a sense of physical fitness, coordination, spatial awareness, strength, flexibility, balance and FUN!

My daughter competed at Team OC this past weekend for Sectional Champs, the facilities are amazing! She has also done region camp training there. I love our gym in Southern OC but I would LOVE Team OC’s facilities. They are the best!
