I wish I had better images to post on this one, but The Baby Guy at the OC Swap Meet doesn’t have a website (yet…looks like it is in the works!) In any case, he is located in the J row (#240) at the OC swap meet. If you are like me and get overwhelmed by the swap meet, here is how to find him! Park, enter, turn right, look on the ground at the letters until you reach “J”, turn down the “J” aisle and he can be found on the right hand side. I love his shopping cart/high chair covers. They are big, cute, plush and come in lots of cute fabrics (many Hawaiian themed, which I think is cute for OC.) I was a total germ-phobe my daughter’s first year, so I took my shopping cart cover everywhere! Still do! They even fit the Costco carts. At only $38, they make a great shower gift. He also sells many bibs, blankies, diaper organizers, as well as custom crib bedding. I also love his big oversized bibs that are covered in plastic with little catch alls at the bottom. We used it a ton when she was learning to eat solids and it was so easy to clean because you just wipe off the plastic and don’t have to throw it in the wash every time.

DO NOT BUY IF YOU ARE HAVING AN ITEM SHIPPED. THEY DID NOT SEND EVERYTHING AND A MONTH LATER HAVE NOT RECEIVED A RETURN PHONE CALL AS TO WHY THEY DID NOT SHIP ITEMS. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. GO ELSEWHERE. THERE ARE TOO MANY OTHER GOOD BUSINESSES TO GO TO.
I will not be doing business with them EVER again!!!! I ordered my bedding at the beginning of January he told me it would be ready in a week, and I have yet to receive my bedding and it is almost the beginning of April. They then told me after 6 weeks that the could no longer find my fabric and I had to find it myself, after paying for my stuff up front!! I finally found it online and now we are going on 3 months and I still have not received my order. They then told me that they were shipping it 2 weeks ago and still no bedding! I then called them and they said that they had the wrong postage so they reshipped it last week. Well what do you know…. NOTHING!!!!!!! Oh and they do not return calls!!

I have had nothing but great experiance with Gerry, aka: the baby guy. I bought my son’s bedding, car seat cover and shopping cart cover from him and had great service. I highly recommend his work.
I’m shocked at reviewer’s poor experience with Gerry. We have been ordering crib bedding,twin bedding, all of our car seat covers, highchircover and lots of gifts for people for 3 years and have never had a problem! We love Gerry and his staff. When orders are 2-3 weeks, he will often rush orders for me and have them ready in a week. His work and fabrics are of great quality!
I’ve also had only good experiences with Gerry! We customized my sons bedding and it was ready exactly when he said it would be. There was also a problem with the credit card machine at the swap meet and we got charged twice. But when I called, they called me back right away and had it fixed with no problems. We’ve gotten burp clothes, the shopping cart cover, blankies, and a pillow with my sons name embroidered in it! We LOVE everything and are extremely happy with the way the bedding turned out. We get tons of compliments and I recommend his products to everyone! You have to go see his stuff to appreciate how cute and creative his stuff is!
I agree with everyone. He does awesome work- he takes forever to ship. He has done things for me quickly and right now I am waiting for a \"one week\" item it\’s been 7 weeks. No call back. I was googling to see if I could find his phone number cause I have gotten no response to emails. He has my Ergo carrier and all the material I bought- but I didn\’t pay up front. He\’s a super free spirit and an awesome creative guy- but I think he takes on way too much and it shows in his follow through. :/
I LOVE the Baby Guy….His Blankets, bedding, skirts, bibs, stroller bag, crib set, and pillow I bought was WONDERFUL!!!!! I am even going back soon for my Best Friends new baby….Gerry and his staff were wonderful and very accommodating…..I can’t wait for him to have a web site because I would be ordering all the time…I recommend him to EVERYONE….
Live in Oklahoma City and contacted The Baby Guy about crib bedding for our daughter. They were extrememly easy to work with through email and over the phone. The set was done in 3 weeks, exactly what I was told and was shipped and arrived in less that one week!
The set is gorgeous and oh so comfortable! I would definately work with them anytime, even from halfway across the country!
the baby guy does excellent work and i will definitely go back to him, however I would advise to order way in advance. the turn around time is usually a lot longer but once you receive your items, you will not be disappointed.

I know a lot of people who have been very satisfied with the baby guys work and product. From my experience HE is awesome. The girls who work with him NOT so much. They were very catty and not helpful at all, and multiple occasions.
There is something fascinating when we are thinking about the best baby product such as baby beddings and accessories. There are a wide array of choices that will definitely love. Online shops have variety of products that are affordable.

Had a horrible experience with The Baby Guy. We heard so many good things about him, but were so disappointed with the service that we will NEVER go back. We had a custom order and paid cash up front ( $175) and it took about 6 months before we got everything. We got lots of excuses why it wasn’t ready and there was no offer to throw in a free blanket or do something since the order took so long. I would highly recommended spending your money on Etsy instead!
Just a safety warning, these bumpers are not safe for many reasons. They are too thick so if baby rolls into them there is risk of suffocation. They also prevent airflow within the crib which increases SIDS risk.
Please mommies, just be careful. I know they are cute but safety should come first. (I speak as a mom who lost my 18 month old son.)
