My family was lucky enough to score a Crystal Cove Beach Cottage and spent 3 nights down at the beach last week making great memories. I caught this moment of the girls just taking in the splendor of the view outside of our place. Sometimes I can’t believe we get to live in a place this beautiful.

ohhh… which one did you guys stay in. I have been able to get one booked only one time. I was stoked. Then have almost having a mini heart attack from the anxiety of using Reserve America, I go to put it in my calendar and it was Super Bowl weekend. LOL! My husband was like NO WAY! hahahah! So I cancelled. How did you pull that off?
This time we had #29A which was a dorm and it was awesome! I thought it would be weird to sharing the kitchen and living room area with the people in #28B, but they had a darling 10 year old boy, and my girls just adored having someone to play with!
It is just complete LUCK. You have to be ready on the 1st and logged in to Reserve America waiting to hit “Book Now” on your cottage of choice right at 8am sharp. They all book within minutes. But you never know!
I think the dorms probably have a SLIGHTLY better chance. If you have another family you would like to vacation with, it’s fun to try for the same dorm (different units) for the same dates.
My parents got #29 B for one night, the first night, when we were there, and it was so fun to share the entire space.
